Subscriptions
On the infrequent occasion where a months coffee does not arrive on a gift subscription we will be happy to offer either a substitute coffee or add an additional month to the subscription if this information is communicated within 28 days from shipping day.
In the case of recurring subscriptions the option of a suitable replacement coffee or a refund will be applied where an instalment doesn't arrive, provided this information is communicated within 28 days from shipping.
Shipping Times and Policy
UK shipping is sent with Royal Mail, delivery will be made within 3/5 working days.
Overseas shipping will be received within 15 days, while it is usually quicker than this shipping times can differ from country to country.
Returns/Cancellation Policy
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a sensible time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation. The customer has the responsibility to cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.
