This lively coffee is a blend of a natural-processed Yellow Bourbon from Brazil with fully washed Caturra and Typica beans from Cauca, Colombia.
The Brazilian Yellow Bourbon is also known as Amarelo Mantiqueira and is processed individually before being gathered in wood-lined silos.
Meanwhile, Campesina Cauca Colombia supplies us with a curated blend of its finest varieties. When combined, this international blend showcases the best of both natural and fully washed processing, with flavours that balance beautifully.
Brewed as espresso, the Oxford Blend is sweet and well-balanced, with hints of almond. Pair it with whole milk, and you’ll enjoy a smooth and full-bodied coffee with notes of caramel, chocolate, and almond.
